Program designed to achieve the physical which you feel in fullness the general objectives are to increase muscle mass and improve strength to condition physical and cardiovascular performance, the training method will be this organized in three Class per week upper train and lower train and intensity or intervals

In order to develop a specific plan, this program have four established classes per week to generate a greater focus on performance.

Program for athletes performance in differents Sports basketball, volleyball, Soccer, football, tennis baseball, Ultimate boxing in Running.
